HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Current Production Turnaround Times on all Edge Guard Tape is approximately 2-4 Business Days.
Current Production Turnaround Times on all Paddle Covers is approximately 2-3 Business Days.
NOTE: PRODUCTION TIME refers to the timeframe where the order is being CREATED (Designed and manufactured) Shipping delivery times are not included in this timeframe and will vary based off shipping destination.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We do offer worldwide shipping. Customer is responsible for all international shipping costs/custom fees.
CAN I CHANGE A DESIGN SHOWN ON YOUR SITE?
Unfortunately no, we have many different designs to choose from on-line. If you would like to email us at Pkldout@gmail.com with a design, we can add it to our upcoming design lineup (Please keep in mind that just because you email us a design idea does not mean we will release it)
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Had a last minute change of plans and wish to cancel your order?
Email Pkldoutpickleball@gmail.com before your order has been processed and we can simply cancel your order and refund you in full!
NEED TO CHANGE COLOR/DESIGN/SIZE?
Picked the wrong size/color or design? Email us at Pkldout@gmail.com with your order number before your order has been processed and we can make the changes for you. (Please keep in mind, that if you order the wrong size and need a bigger size, you will be charged for the difference as our sizes do ran different prices)
I RECIEVED MY ORDER, BUT DIDNT ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
For orders that have been delivered but customer ordered the wrong size, please email us at Pkldout@gmail.com.
-We do accept returns if product has no damage and has not been used
-Customer pays for the return of original product and shipping for new product, as well as price difference in size (If applicable)
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking will be emailed upon shipping your product. To speed up your order, please only email us for status updates if it has been longer than the listed turn around times.
