ORDER PROCESSING

Typical order processing time is between 2-4 business days when orders are placed before 2pm PST.  Your order will ship from our Southern California warehouse via UPS or USPS.

 

These times are only averages provided for convenience and vary depending on complexity of an order and current workload. PKLD OUT makes no guarantees about processing time.

 

SHIPPING

Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders being sent overseas or products that require a different shipping method can choose between the available options during the checkout process.

Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday

DELIVERY

Once a package leaves our facility and enters the possession of a shipping carrier (UPS/USPS), PKLD OUT is not responsible for shipping problems, as any such problems are outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, loss, damage, or delay. Should such an issue arise, the customer is advised to contact the appropriate shipping carrier (most of our orders are sent via UPS OR USPS) and file a claim.

Orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturdays, but is up to your local post office's discretion. Orders shipped via other means do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
